The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense reports that the covert mobilization of the Russian Federation is failing miserably.

The press service of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense reported this on Telegram.

According to Ukrainian military intelligence estimates, there are about 4,500-5,000 militants in the temporarily occupied territories.

Due to the failure of covert mobilization, the Russian Federation increases the number of mercenaries.

Russians increasingly refuse to die for the idea of a Kremlin dictator.
