Russian Black Sea Fleet's home port in Novorossiysk attacked


The Russian Black Sea Navy maintains its main ships in Novorossiysk.
A port, an oil depot and a railway station were attacked in Novorossiysk in Russia's Krasnodar Region on the night of 17 May. This was reported by Russian Telegram channels.
Air defence systems are working in the area of the city because of the drone attack. Locals on social networks showed video of explosions in Novorossiysk, flashes in the sky and fires of fire.
The local governor said that 10 drones attacked the city at night. Residents of the city reported more than 30 explosions.
An oil refinery in Tuapse in Russia's Krasnodar Territory also came under UAV attack.
Also on the night of 17 May, explosions were heard in the area of temporarily occupied Sevastopol in Crimea. In Sevastopol and Balakleya partially lost electricity.
The likely target of the drones was the Balaklava thermal power plant. In Sevastopol after the night attack suspended the work of the substation, in the city there were point de-energisation.
Earlier, Socialportal reported that two enemy MiG-31 aircraft, a S-400 surface-to-air missile system and a fuel depot were destroyed at the Belbek military airfield in temporarily occupied Crimea.
