Zelensky created a working group to organize a Special Tribunal over Russia

This is stated on the website of the Office of the President.

Andrey Yermak will head this group.

The main duty of the working group will be to develop and submit proposals for the creation of a Special International Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine.

In addition, this group will include:

• Oleg Gavrish - chief consultant of the department of organizational work of the office of the head of the office of the President of Ukraine;
• Zolotareva Oksana - Director of the Department of International Law of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine;
• Karasevich Oleksandr - General Director of the Directorate for Foreign Policy and Strategic Partnership of the Office of the President of Ukraine;
• Kachura Oleksandr - People's Deputy of Ukraine;
• Kovalska Elena - head of the office of the head of the office of the President of Ukraine;
• Korynevych Anton - Ambassador-at-Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine;
• Kostin Andrei - Prosecutor General;
• Kuleba Dmitry - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine;
