The AFU has seen no increase in the number of occupying forces in the border regions.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing an appeal by Serhiy Naev, commander of the United Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Naev stated:

There have been no changes in the number and location of enemy forces in the Volyn, Rivne, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Chernihiv and Sumy directions as of today. The air defence system is in combat readiness.

Nayev noted that our air defence forces and military are in combat readiness.

Also today, the deputy head of the Main Operational Directorate of the Ukrainian General Staff, Oleksiy Gromov, said at a briefing that the Main Intelligence Directorate does not confirm the possibility of an offensive from Belarus on Friday, 24 February.
