Which regions of Ukraine pay the highest salaries?

Recently in Ukraine there has been a tendency to reduce wages.
Specialists of the grc.ua recruitment portal note that in Ukraine there is a trend when employers reduce wages to employees. This was caused by the economic crisis that followed the war: many of the enterprises were closed, a large number of Ukrainians lost their jobs altogether.
Experts note that payments to employees were creeping down in Zaporozhye, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Sumy and Ternopil regions. A slight reduction in wages also occurred in Kyiv, in the Vinnitsa region and in Transcarpathia.
The lowest salaries are now offered in the Kharkiv region. There was a sharp drop in average earnings from UAH 18,000 in July to UAH 10,600 in August.
And yet, personnel officers urge not to despair and emphasize that this is a market when the dynamics of wages fluctuate.
The portal indicates that the highest salaries are now offered in the capital. Kyiv employers pay an average of UAH 28,700 in monthly compensation. It should be noted that a month earlier, the capital's media salary was UAH 29,500, that is, in August it decreased by 2.7%.
They also note that the regions began to show themselves well. And you can make good money there too.

Salaries are gradually growing in Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Poltava, Chernihiv and Volyn regions.
Salary levels that employers offer on average here:
- Zhytomyr region - UAH 15,900 (+34.7%)
- Poltava region - UAH 15,600 (+33.3%)
- Chernihiv region - UAH 15,700 (+29.8%)
- Volyn region - UAH 14,000 (+14.8)
When choosing a place of work, it should be taken into account that the lowest wages in August were recorded in the Ternopil region (on average UAH 11,100), Sumy (UAH 11,700), Rivne (UAH 11,700), Kirovohrad (UAH 12,300) and Chernivtsi regions (UAH 12,500).
In addition, experts say about the imbalance in demand for workers. And if there are not enough workers in many regions, then lawyers and financiers. it is more difficult for administrators and managers to find an occupation for themselves.

We add that as of today, 293 thousand unemployed people are officially registered in Ukraine, which is 7% less than it was as of February 24. However, one should take into account the fact that many Ukrainians went abroad and were removed from the registers of employment centers.
