More Russian military personnel in Mariupol

Mariupol mayor Petro Andryushchenko has said that Russia is moving fresh forces into the temporarily occupied city.
A large number of young soldiers of 19-20 years old are being recruited in the city. According to Andryushchenko, the presence of these soldiers is being reported to local residents. Thus, Russia is again sending its citizens to combat operations, regardless of their age.
Among other things, Andryushchenko said that the number of bodyguards in Mariupol is increasing. There are two more bases of bodyguards there who are fulfilling the duties of the Russian guards.
on 23 February, Petro Andryushchenko also reported several explosions in Mariupol. The Ukrainian armed forces demolished two occupant depots in Mariupol.
The same day, the Mariupol City Council reported that the ZSU struck the occupying forces' depots at the seaport. Twelve explosions occurred on 21 February, one of them at the ammunition depot at the occupying forces' base.
Earlier, Nataliya Humenyuk, head of the unified press centre of the operational command on the Eastern Front, said that the Mariupol direction is now reachable by the Ukrainian army.
