Ukrainian border guard from Azovstal Pavel Pikovets spoke about how he was in captivity.

RBC-Ukraine writes about this.

As indicated, 144 Ukrainian defenders returned from Russian captivity on June 29. Among them are 95 defenders of Mariupol and Azovstal, including 17 border guards, including Pavlo Pikovets.

April 15 reached "Azovstal". I was taken to our hospital and treated there. They put me in plaster and treated the wounds that I had, and they took out the fragments. Then I was wounded on Azovstal until the exit on May 17, said Pikovets.

The dream of the Ukrainian military to forget everything is like a nightmare.

I will not say that there were some tortures. Those who were from Azovstal were treated differently. Either respected or feared, I don't know. But they looked at us as warriors, he said.
