- Russian occupiers hold early "elections" in temporarily seized territories of Zaporizhzhya

the invaders hold "elections" at the muzzle of armed soldiers.
On 25 February, "early voting" for the "election" of the Russian president, illegally organised by the Russian occupants, started in the temporarily occupied part of Zaporizhzhya Region. This is reported by the Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration.
During three weeks, the residents of the VOT will collect votes in support of Putin - members of "election committees" with ballot boxes and accompanied by armed law enforcers will come to every house, will stop on the streets, will visit social institutions, - stated in the message.
The Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration notes that from 15 to 17 March people will be forced to come to polling stations "to fulfil the tasks of the Kremlin and local gauleiters: to gather support for the dictator at the level of 94%".
The result of this "expression of will" will not be recognised by any civilised country in the world, and participation in the organisation and conduct of elections at the WTO is a criminal offence, punishable by up to 10 years' imprisonment," the Regional State Administration said.
We shall remind you that the leaders of the Group of Seven member states pledged at the end of the 24 February summit never to recognise the results of the so-called elections that Russia is holding in the occupied Ukrainian territories.
