Russians embezzled funds allocated for the construction of defence facilities on the border with Ukraine

Russians embezzled funds during the construction of defence facilities in the regions on the border with Ukraine.
This was reported by the Centre for National Resistance.
The Russians have built "pyramids" for "defence" against the AFU along the border with Ukraine, but their effectiveness is rather questionable," the report said.
In particular, in the Belgorod region more than 5 billion rubles out of 10 million allocated were stolen. According to the CNS, local governor Vyacheslav Gladkov was responsible for the construction. The construction resulted in the installation of "barriers" of dubious quality.
Also, the CNS recalled that Russians embezzled more than 10 billion rubles on the construction of a "defence line" in Kursk Region. It turned out that instead of real fortifications, the Governor of the region built imitation lines of defence.
Earlier Socialportal reported that the occupiers began to return from the "evacuated" residents of settlements on the front line. It is also known that the Russians took another 450 Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories.
