Children suffered the most casualties in Donetsk Region - 452, Kharkiv Region - 275, Kiev Region - 128, Kherson Region - 94, Zaporizhzhya Region - 89, Mykolayiv Region - 88, Chernihiv Region - 69, Dnipropetrovsk Region - 67, Luhansk Region - 66.
At the same time, the Prosecutor-General's Office said that this estimate is only preliminary and that it will be possible to say how many children died and suffered because of the war later, when Ukraine gets access to data from the temporarily occupied territories after they are liberated from Russian invaders.
