It is reported that the occupiers move around Luhansk in military vehicles, often in an inebriated state.
It is noted that the sense of impunity and permissiveness, together with the lack of empathy for the local population of the occupied territories leads to terrible consequences.
Earlier Socialportal reported that in Luhansk, a Russian officer kidnapped a 23-year-old local resident from a cafe, brought her to a soldier's bath and stabbed her about 20 times. After that, the military blew up the girl's body with three F-1 grenades.
