Evaders warned of danger in Romanian forests

Border guards have warned evaders about the danger they may face in the forests of Romania. There, according to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, a lot of bears have appeared on the Ukrainian-Romanian. About it writes the press service of the GPSU.

They said that in the mountains in some places there is still snow and on it clearly visible traces of animals. Nearby border guards find scattered things.

They explained that evaders travelling on mountain hiking trails in an attempt to escape to the West often throw away heavy or unnecessary things in the forest. Sometimes there is food among the discarded items. That's what bears are looking for. This means that their appearance on such trails will be more frequent.

Border guards ask to refrain from visiting closed mountain routes along the border - it can be dangerous to life.

Earlier, border guards reported that one of the camera traps recorded a large bear very close to the border crossing.

The master of the Carpathians woke up and appeared on the Ukrainian-Romanian border - the other day border guards of the Chernivtsi detachment found an adult bear near the border. Dear guest got into the lens of the camera trap, - stated in the message.

The animal was leisurely making its way around the Ukrainian-Romanian border at the section "Perkalab" of the border guard department "Selyatin".
