At least 17 people were killed and 31 were injured after the Russian army shelled a multi-storey residential building and a recreation center in the Odessa region.

This was announced by Sergei Bratchuk, speaker of the Odesa OVA.

In a nine-story building, a whole entrance was completely destroyed. Rescuers continue to work.

Destruction was discovered at the recreation center. There are victims - their number is being specified.

The infidels launched a missile strike by strategic aircraft in the direction of the Black Sea.
