Zelensky responded to Scholz's words that Germany is second only to the United States in terms of aid

According to Zelensky, the first countries to start helping Ukraine were the United States, Slovakia, Poland and the United Kingdom. In addition, among the first were also Bulgaria, Romania and the Baltic countries.

After them, military assistance was provided by Germany and France.

Zelensky noted that Germany and France were among the first to declare a violation of sovereignty and politically supported Ukraine.
