The Russians continue to terrorise civilians in the temporarily occupied territories and are struggling to gain a foothold there through ethnic cleansing.

This was reported by the Centre for National Resistance.

The Russians continue to emulate Soviet practices regarding ethnic cleansing in Ukraine's temporarily occupied territories. They continue the systematic deportation of residents under the guise of evacuation. Which is yet another sign of the genocide the Russians are carrying out against the Ukrainian population," the report said.

The enemy is settling Russians in places of deported Ukrainians. In particular, in Melitopol, where 60% of the natives have left the city, some have been deported by the occupiers.

They are replaced by Russian citizens, who in most cases have family ties with units of the Russian Armed Forces and representatives of the occupation administrations, accordingly almost all residential property abandoned by the natives is occupied," the CNS adds.

It is noted that in this way the occupiers, among other things, are trying to form their propaganda picture of a "new peaceful life".
