A shelter for abandoned migrant animals was organized in Lviv

Since the beginning of the war, the shelter has helped more than 2,000 cats and dogs.
In Lvov, a headquarters for helping abandoned migrant animals was set up. The shelter "Domivka Vryatovanykh Tvarin" accepts animals taken out from the "hot" spots of Ukraine because of the war, takes care of them and then finds new owners for them. UNIAN tells about it.
The shelter is located on the territory of the regional landscape park "Znesinnya". It has been accepting evacuated animals since the start of the full scale enemy invasion of our country.
Since the beginning of the war, the shelter has helped more than 2,000 cats and dogs (about 500 have been placed in Lviv, and 1,500 have been helped to transport them abroad), the report says.
Also in the shelter, in addition to cats and dogs, there are other animals - storks, owls, eagles, goats, badgers, beavers and more.
Every day, volunteers come to the shelter to walk the animals.

Because of the war, thousands of pets were left homeless or lost, and now volunteers and animal rights activists are trying to save them.
