This afternoon the Russians dropped 3 guided aerial bombs on the city. 2 people have been killed and at least 12 wounded. Among the wounded are three children," Filashkin reported in Telegram.
At the same time, in comments to Radio Liberty, the head of the OBA noted that 19 people were injured as a result of the shelling.
Authorities and all responsible services continue to work at the scene.
