Russians try to repair damaged A-50 in Belarus

An A-50 AEW aircraft of the Russian Air Force that was damaged in a drone attack has been flown to Taganrog for repairs, the Zerkalo journalists have been confirmed directly by the company where the aircraft is being repaired, which they called under the guise of an employee of the Machulishchi airfield.

The journalists were told that the aircraft with number 43 had indeed been delivered to them.

It should be noted that explosions at the Belarusian military airfield in Machulishchi near Minsk took place in the morning of February 26. The association of former Belarusian security forces BYPOL reported that it was sabotage. And as a result, the Russian long-range radar detection and control (LRDC) A-50 military aircraft, which was used to guide missiles at targets in Ukraine, was seriously damaged.
