Kiev snowed in - drivers are asked to be careful

This was reported by the Kiev city military administration. They appealed to drivers there:

Do not take to the streets of Kiev unnecessarily and do not park cars on either side of roads and streets.

The MCCA also said that 167 units of municipal special vehicles, as well as 3.5 thousand municipal workers are now working in the capital to eliminate the consequences of the snowfall.

Public transport stops, tracks, pavements and bicycle paths are intensively treated with anti-icing agents.

Weather forecasters warn of icy roads and strong gusts of wind.
