Zelensky said that Kharkiv has been fortified

Kharkiv is shelled daily by Russian troops, and some analysts believe the city could be in the path of Putin's troop advance.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that Kharkiv is protected by additional defence lines against a possible offensive by the enemy army.
At the same time, he admitted that the city's defence against attacks from the sky requires additional efforts.
Kharkiv is protected today. Not in terms of the sky. As for our defence lines, Kharkiv is not in danger today," Zelensky said.
He noted that "enemy forces would like to capture Kharkiv, as well as other Ukrainian cities."
The fact that this is a desirable goal, the Russians are not hiding it. The entire east, cities such as Kharkiv and Kramatorsk, are their desired goal. But today we are confidently defending Kharkiv region, - emphasised Zelensky.
We will remind, today around 15 hours in the city were heard sounds of explosions. After that, local authorities reported that the Shevchenko district of the city was hit, probably by a KAB. As a result of the strike, one person was killed. One person was also initially reported injured.
