Zelensky said how to avoid a repeat of the war

The security of the whole world depends on security in Europe, the Ukrainian leader believes.
After the war, Ukraine should become a full-fledged member of NATO and the European Union and be part of the European and global infrastructure. Such integration will help Europe to be stronger and more resistant to challenges. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said this during the session of the 50th International Forum "Ambrosetti" held in Italy
Ukraine is a part of the future infrastructure of the world, and first of all Europe, because we are on this continent. And security in Europe determines security in the whole world, so Ukraine should be a part of this security union from many points of view - defence, energy, technology, food," Zelensky stressed.
He also added that Ukraine's membership in the European Union and NATO would strengthen the organisations and make them stronger.
What does it give us? It is the impossibility to repeat the aggression of Russia or anyone else," the president said.
He pointed out that the world has become global and now that there is a territorial war in Ukraine, the whole world suffers. Zelensky recalled that due to the blocking of Ukrainian grain exports, world food prices rose and many countries were threatened with famine.
That is why Ukraine should be included. In security alliances in the future, - he said.
We shall remind you that President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in Italy on Friday, 6 September. As part of his visit should take part in the economic forum in the city of Cernobbio, where he will speak during a panel discussion entitled "Russian aggression against Ukraine".
