Zaluzhniy showed how the Ukrainian armed forces liberated Sumy Region
On the anniversary of the liberation of Sumy Region from the Russian invaders, the commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian armed forces has shown how the aggressor was driven out of the region.
Valeriy Zaluzhnyy published a video to this effect in his Telegram.
on 11 April 2022, control of the state border in the Sumy region was fully restored. The defence forces completely dislodged the enemy and de-occupied the region. The towns and villages of Sumy stopped the enemy on his way to the capital. The invaders suffered tangible losses in manpower and military equipment," the Commander-in-Chief wrote.
He also thanked all those involved in the liberation of Sumy region and those who are defending the state and bringing the victory of Ukraine closer.
