In half a year, the SBI sent 75 indictments against judges to court

In the first half of 2023, indictments against 75 judges were sent to the court on the materials of the SBI, 9 more judges were informed of suspicion, one judge was detained," the report says.

All the materials collected by the SBI to cleanse the judiciary are transferred to the High Council of Justice.

Also this year, a judge from Luhansk Region who obtained Russian citizenship and continued to receive money from the Ukrainian budget was exposed. The judge of Bryankivskyi district after the occupation was to be transferred to the controlled territory of Ukraine, the traitor went to co-operate with the occupants and continued to receive judicial remuneration. Thus, the judge embezzled almost 2m hryvnias of budget funds.
