Enemy advances in parts of Bakhmut - Malyar

The Bakhmut direction remains one of the most difficult on the front. The occupiers are trying to advance and are advancing in some areas.
This was reported by Deputy Defence Minister Anna Malyar.
Bakhmut remains the hottest spot. Thus, the enemy is making it. Fierce fighting is taking place there now. The enemy is attacking. Destroying houses and buildings. It is advancing in some areas," said Malyar.
She points out that for this small success the enemy is suffering unnecessary losses.
In total, the enemy is trying to advance in four directions, but the Ukrainian defenders are preventing them from advancing.
The enemy continues the following actions in four directions simultaneously - Mariinskoye, Avdeevskoye, Limanskoye, Bakhmutskoye.
In some of these directions, thanks to our defenders, the enemy is unable to advance. In these directions our wars are not only defensive, but also active," adds Malyar.
According to her, the overall situation at the front is difficult but controlled.
