Russians in Melitopol are increasingly harassing teenage girls - city hall

Young girls are more likely to be molested by people from the Caucasus.
In temporarily occupied Melitopol, as the number of mobilized Russians increases, cases of Russian soldiers molesting young girls have become more frequent, city head Ivan Fedorov said in a TV marathon.
Yesterday I met with children who left. One girl who is 16 years old said that she left for the simple reason that Kadyrovites and other Russian soldiers started molesting children aged 16 and 17. This is what I heard yesterday from our girl who left the temporary occupation," said Fedorov.
The RIA Melitopol newspaper writes that such cases are not isolated. Russian soldiers molest girls at public transport stops, in the street.
"It happened at a stop of public transport, people were standing and waiting for buses. Across the road three Ossetians in military uniform get into a jeep and with a sharp turn and squealing of tyres roll up to the stop. The one on the passenger seat called through the window to the girl standing at the stop and started "persuading her," the article says.
The journalists emphasize that no one dares to get involved in the situation and everyone is waiting for the soldiers to "flirt".
We would like to add that during the full-scale war against Ukraine, the Russian Federation managed to occupy about 60% of the territory of Zaporizhzhya Region. In particular, the largest cities of the region - Melitopol, Berdyansk, Tokmak - are occupied. Energodar, a satellite city of the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant, is also occupied.
