Traveling abroad with disability documents issued abroad is not possible.

This was reported in the State Border Service of Ukraine.

Persons with disabilities can leave Ukraine during a state of emergency or martial law only if they have:

  • certificates to the inspection report by the medical and social expert commission (form of primary accounting documentation No. 157-1 / o);
  • a certificate issued in Ukraine confirming the relevant status;
  • a pension certificate or a certificate confirming the appointment of social assistance, which indicates the group and cause of disability;
  • certificates for receiving benefits by persons with disabilities who are not entitled to pension or social assistance, in the form approved by the Ministry of Social Policy.
