The Russian State Duma said that medical experiments were carried out on the Ukrainian military

Now they have come up with a new fake that supposedly medical experiments were carried out on the Ukrainian military, apparently to create super-soldiers.

The propaganda publication Kommersant writes about this with reference to the report of the parliamentary commission investigating the activities of American biological laboratories in Ukraine.

As speaker of the Federation Council Konstantin Kosachev stated, the analysis of blood sampling from captured Ukrainian servicemen confirms that “for a number of diseases, including those atypical for the territory of Ukraine, the content of the corresponding substances exceeds the permissible norms by several times.” And in 20% of the studied blood samples of Ukrainian prisoners "West Nile fever was found."

In Russia, they said that “the most brutal killing machines” were created in our biolaboratories.

And those dopings that they are still given in order to generally neutralize the last traces of human consciousness and turn them into the most cruel and deadly monsters also confirm this, ”said State Duma Speaker Irina Yarovaya.

Recall that this same Yarovaya went down in history with many ridiculous statements. For example, back in 2015, she stated that the study of foreign languages by Russians undermines the national security of the Russian Federation.

Regarding those biological laboratories, the Russian Federation even tried to organize an urgent meeting of the UN Security Council. Allegedly, Moscow received "new documents" to confirm its information after seizing certain territories of Ukraine.

The Center for Counteracting Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine at the end of March reported that the Russian Federation was changing its rhetoric regarding the so-called "US biolabs" in Ukraine. The National Security and Defense Council believes that all this may indicate that Russia does not have new resources to create more convincing propaganda.
