Sky News: Ukraine may try to de-occupy Kherson without fighting

The Ukrainian military can liberate Kherson from occupation.
Former Director General of the Royal Joint Armed Forces Institute and Professor Michael Clarke said that Ukraine's counter-offensive is fast and with a big offensive. Sky News wrote about it.
I think they would like to cordon off the 20,000 or so Russian troops that are west of the Dnieper, Clark said.
Clark believes that the encirclement of Kherson will entail the flight of the Russians and a total retreat.
They don't want to bomb the city, and so they can recapture Kherson simply by staging this fast offensive, which is fraught with encirclement of 20,000 soldiers, Michael Clarke added.
Earlier, NSDC Secretary Oleksiy Danilov said that Ukraine should not coordinate the liberation of its territories.
