Russians go to Mariupol for photos of ruins

The Russian edition of The Village ran an article on young Russians photoshooting against the backdrop of bombed-out houses.

The social media outlet from which the photo was taken has already deleted it.

The publication writes:

Russian youth come to destroyed Mariupol on purpose to take what they think are beautiful photos.

The Mariupol city council dubbed this phenomenon "tourism on bones":

Mariupol, where the Russian army killed at least 20,000 people, is now promoted as an "aesthetic" place for photo shoots. Tourism on ruins and bones.
