Russia spreads fakes about mobilisation and summonses in Ukraine - Malyar

This was reported by Deputy Defence Minister Anna Malyar in her Telegram.

According to her, Russians regularly resort to spreading IPSOs on the subject of mobilisation.

The technology has always been the same. To spin some story where a summons has been issued to a disabled, deceased or World War II veteran. The hero is always different, it's a matter of substance. Or they spread a wild text of a summons or conscript questionnaire," wrote Malyar.

This year, however, Russians have changed tactics and are telling "stories of surprising places to serve summonses and 'waves' of mobilization."

Malyar notes that the purpose of the fakes is to discredit and disrupt the work of the TCC SP (former military machine stations). To do this, the Russians are trying to manipulate two things: the fear of receiving a summons and the formation of public condemnation of the work of the SP TCC.

But after a large-scale invasion by these IPSOs it is difficult to influence anything or anyone. For it is difficult to frighten with subpoenas after all we have been through this year. The state is at stake and everyone understands that," the deputy defence minister added.
