Poland makes new statement on Ukrainian men

Speaking about the initiative to limit consular services for conscripted men, he called it interesting, but noted that it is an "ethically ambiguous issue."

Sikorski recalled that earlier, when he was in Kiev immediately after his appointment, representatives of the Ukrainian authorities said that male refugees would have a certificate that they have settled relations with military service and noted that they would ask European countries not to provide social benefits to people who do not have such a certificate.

We will remind, Kiev banned the issuance of passports to men from 18 to 60 years old who are outside the state. Also, since 23 April, limited the provision of consular services abroad for this category of citizens. The government explains this by the new law on mobilisation.
