- About 300 thousand Ukrainians will not receive pensions in August

There is no physical possibility to transfer money to people.
About 300 thousand Ukrainian pensioners who ended up in the territory controlled by the occupiers and who did not pre-register the transfer of pensions to a bank card will be left without monthly cash payments. Previously, these people received pensions through Ukrposhta employees. However, on the eve of the company, they announced that they were stopping work in the territory not controlled by Ukraine, which means that there would be no one to deliver money to pensioners.
Since the beginning of this month, the company has been operating exclusively in the territory controlled by Ukraine, since the invaders pose a threat to the lives of the company's employees and make it impossible to deliver money to pensioners, Ukrposhta explained .
In total, according to the Ministry of Social Policy, there are about 300 thousand such pensioners.
In turn, the Minister of Social Policy Oksana Zholnovich noted that when there is no physical opportunity to transfer payments to a person, then these funds are transferred to Oschadbank. Money in the bank can be 30 days.
If a person cannot collect his payment, then they will look for him through Privatbank, checking all the accounts that the recipient once opened, and transfer the money there,” she said .
It should be noted that the chairman of the Lugansk regional military administration, Sergei Gaidai, said that it is difficult, but possible, to leave the occupied territory. according to him, this can be done through the territory of Russia. and from there it will go to Georgia or the Baltic countries.
