Russia has been systematically spreading fake news about alleged arms leaks from Ukraine to EU countries.
No facts of smuggling military weapons from Ukraine to the EU have been detected. This was stated by the head of the criminal investigation department of the National Police, Vadym Dzyubynskyy.

At the same time, in 2023 inside Ukraine police seized more than 4.7 thousand firearms from illegal circulation and discovered more than 100 caches.
According to Vadym Dzyubynskyy, Russia systematically spreads fake news about the alleged leakage of firearms from Ukraine to European countries.
He also noted that in order to prevent this type of offences in Ukraine, it was planned to set up an international information centre, which would include representatives of the EU police.
