Yesterday Kyiv received 46,800 doses of COVID-19 vaccine from Comirnaty (Pfizer) from the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

The drug is distributed to medical institutions. This was announced by the Director of the Department of Health Valentina Ginzburg.

To date, about 80% of the total vaccination statistics are the introduction of booster doses. And today they can be made again, including Pfizer. We invite citizens to the vaccination points,” said Valentina Ginzburg.

Valentina Ginzburg recalled that COVID-19 vaccination is carried out in primary health care centers and consultative and diagnostic centers.

The work of Mass Vaccination Centers in the shopping and entertainment center Gulliver, River Mall, Department Store Ukraine continues. In addition, mobile teams operate on the basis of public health institutions, which, upon request, can travel to vaccinate organized groups, - said Valentina Ginzburg.

Meanwhile, in Ternopil, a mask regime is being introduced from September 22. Such restrictions are resorted to due to a sharp increase in the number of patients with coronavirus.
