According to journalists, the tenth anniversary package will include sanctions against four Russian banks. Alfa Bank, the largest private bank founded by billionaire Mikhail Fridman, is to be added to the list. In addition, 130 entities and individuals will be sanctioned.

The new sanctions package will also include banning Russian nationals from working for critical infrastructure companies in the EU, such as electricity grids or gas suppliers.
