Chief of Intelligence Budanov says Ukraine will not plunge into darkness and cold

This was told by the Head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov in an interview with Ukrainska Pravda. He declared:

Well, in general, as they say, plunging Ukraine into complete darkness and cold winter is their dream. But believe me, this will not happen, all our services are working accordingly, and their dreams will not come true. There are indeed complications, but nothing critical yet.

According to the head of military intelligence, Russia's main goal is to sow panic, fear, and uncertainty about the future.

Budanov also stressed that in the past, the Russians had mainly hit military targets, with a smaller number of civilian targets. And now they don’t hit the military at all, but only hit civilians. This, in his opinion, emphasizes that Russia is a terrorist state.
