In Mariupol, 4 pharmacies have been opened, the commercial interest of which leads directly to the occupation leadership of the region. Due to the lack of money and the possibility of non-cash payments, the medicine remains unavailable in Mariupol, the report says.

In addition, despite the announced and functioning 4 hospitals, the opportunity to get qualified advice is not available to Mariupol residents.

On the day, all hospitals in the city pass up to 50 patients in total, which is simply nothing in terms of 150,000 people, the report says.

Therefore, the occupiers arrange PR campaigns to distribute the medicine. Bulk and no recommendations. Just at the request of the people. Such "distributions" are centralized under the occupational district administrations, because the directly self-named authorities are already trying to avoid difficult questions "why and when" as much as possible.

Self-treatment in the conditions of Mariupol is another challenge to the life and health of Ukrainians.
