A Russian military officer was caught on video beating his subordinates

The footage of a beating in the Russian army was published by journalist Andrei Tsaplienko.

Aerial scouts of one of the AFU units say that in the area of Dubovo-Vasilievka they witnessed a Muskal punishing a Muskal, i.e. a commander beating his subordinates with a stick for some offence," the report said.
