According to the investigation, around 12:20 p.m. on 18 April 2023, the occupants from the territory of the Russian Federation fired artillery shells at the village of Reki in Sumy district. The prosecutor's office opened criminal proceedings over the violation of laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder (part 2 of Article 438 of the Ukrainian Criminal Code).
