This may indicate that the Russians are preparing for the fact that they will lose not only Kherson, but also Crimea.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said this during his evening address.

He also called on the world community to inform Russia that a possible terrorist attack at the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station would be equated with the use of weapons of mass destruction, and also to take preventive measures.

We must now all together - all Europeans, all world leaders, all international organizations - make it clear to the terrorist state that such a terrorist attack on the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station will mean absolutely the same as the use of weapons of mass destruction. The consequences for Russia should be appropriate.

Zelensky also said that the attack on the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station would destroy the possibility of supplying water from the Dnieper to Crimea. According to the President of Ukraine, this indicates that the Russians are preparing for the fact that they will not be able to keep not only Kherson, but also Crimea.

Recall that now there is an active evacuation of Russians from Kherson. There is information that they mined the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station and are going to blow it up after their withdrawal. As a result of such actions, many settlements can be under water. Kherson itself can flood.
