Zelenski talks about future counter-offensive

The speed and strength of the offensive depends largely on Western weaponry.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that Ukraine will return Crimea temporarily occupied by the Russians as a result of a future offensive by the Ukrainian army. He said this in an interview with the Finnish TV channel Yle.
At the same time, he noted that Ukraine's success in a counter-offensive largely depends on whether the allies continue supplying weapons to Ukraine.
We want to save as many lives as possible, so the number of weapons matters," Zelenskyy said.
At the same time, Zelenskyy stressed that otherwise, the war could go on for years or even decades. He also expressed the opinion that Western support for Kyiv was a more economical option for Western politicians, as the risks of World War III would cost the economies of many countries more.
The president noted that Russian troops were losing motivation with each passing day and their fear of the upcoming Ukrainian counteroffensive was growing.
The head of state did not divulge any details or a timetable for the counteroffensive. But, as Yle notes, according to several sources, it is planned for late spring or early summer.
