The Ukrainian Armed Forces explained why Prigozhin speaks of a "shell famine"
Prigozhin is not fulfilling the commitments he has made.
The speaker of the Eastern Group of Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Serhiy Cherevaty, said this in a TV marathon broadcast.
According to Cherevatyy, the founder of the Wagner PMC, Yevhen Prigozhin, simply cannot fulfill his obligations. The Ukrainian Armed Forces are destroying the personnel of his army, and there is no one to replenish it.
The main reason for Prigozhin's statements is that he made military commitments, is unable to fulfil them, including the capture of Bakhmut and comes up with this nonsense about a shell famine.
Even prisoners who used to be "cannon fodder" for Prigozhin are not being handed over to him from prisons.
In addition, the prisoners themselves realise that there is little chance of survival, so they refuse to go to war.
