Portrait of a Kharkiv resident who died from a Russian shell was shown at the Immortal Regiment rally

In the portrait - a Kharkiv resident, a prisoner of four concentration camps Boris Romanchenko. He died on March 18 during the shelling of Kharkov by Russian troops.

The portrait was brought by the municipal deputy Sergei Samusev.

The deputy was arrested by the police.
