President's Office reveals which countries are helping Russia to fight Ukraine

Bankova stressed that Russia's allies would be equally punished for seizing someone else's territory.
Iran, North Korea and Belarus are Russia's allies in the war of aggression and mass civilian killings on the territory of Ukraine, the Ukrainian presidential office has said
In particular, advisor to the head of the presidential office Mykhaylo Podolyak pointed out that by supplying Russia with weapons, ammunition, and by providing its territory and equipment, these countries are responsible for the destruction of Ukrainian cities:
Iran (drones/missiles), North Korea (ammunition/weapons), Belarus (infrastructure/territory/equipment). Factually and legally confirmed allies of Russia in the format of a war of occupation, mass murder of civilians and deliberate destruction of Ukrainian cities
Podolyak stressed that the listed states would bear "joint responsibility" with Russia for the crimes it committed.
