Breathing problems, signs of a stroke or heart attack - a reason to call the number "103".
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
In the past week alone, the ambulance was called 153,717 times. 26% of calls needed only a telephone consultation. Another 7% were wrong. In general, the teams went to the call in 47% of cases, the department notes.
When to call an ambulance:
- shortness of breath, shortness of breath
- signs of massive bleeding
- loss of consciousness or confusion

The Ministry of Health emphasizes that a high temperature in itself is not a reason to call an emergency team. At a temperature, you need to call an ambulance if there are the above symptoms. And babies need to call an ambulance if convulsions occur at a temperature.
The final decision on the grounds for the departure of the ambulance is made by the dispatcher.
If there are no such grounds, then a telephone consultation will be provided. Also, the patient can be referred to a family doctor if his condition is not urgent, but requires examination or examination by a doctor, the department added.
