The Ministry of Regional Development called the number of houses destroyed by the occupiers

For 38 days, Russian invaders have been shelling civilian infrastructure and civilians.
Russia has destroyed 6,800 residential buildings in Ukraine. As emphasized in the Ministry of Regional Development of Ukraine, these are preliminary data and, probably, the number of destroyed houses can be large. This was announced by the Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine Oleksandr Chernyshov.
He noted that many houses were completely destroyed and it would be impossible to restore them.
The volume of destruction is catastrophic. In Kharkiv alone, more than a thousand housing stocks have been destroyed. A huge number of houses were destroyed in Chernigov and Mariupol, Chernyshev said.
He added that in order to restore basic infrastructure and basic things after the end of the war, Ukraine will need tens of billions of dollars for the first period.
According to Chernyshev, the country is already actively working to create a working recovery plan.
