"Ukrzaliznytsia" will build a number of Euro tracks to the border with Poland

By the end of 2023, a European-standard railway line is planned, giving direct access from Warsaw to Lviv.
This is reported by Rzeczpospolita.
The first euro-railway will connect Lviv with the Polish border at Ravi Ruska.
It is noted that the construction of the new track will simplify rail transport from Poland or Romania to Ukraine, and passengers will be able to travel on this route without transfers.
Railway plays a significant role in Ukraine, with around 40 percent of freight transported by rail (by comparison, only about 10 percent in Poland). That is why Ukraine has already started building a European standard 1435 mm railway. For now, a few kilometres long section from Hrebenna in Poland to Rava Russka in Ukraine is under construction," the report says.

The carrier also plans to build another branch line - a line for high-speed trains from Krakow via Medika and Lviv to Ivano-Frankivsk. This route could potentially be extended through Romanian and Moldovan territories to the port of Odessa.
By May 2023, we want to prepare a feasibility study for this project. This line may be important not only for civilian reasons, but also for military ones, and this will increase the chances of its financing. At least, that is the signals we receive from the European Commission," Vladimir Shemayev said.
He added that the new lines would not replace the old ones, they would be built next to the existing ones. Vladimir Shemayev also believes that after the war, travelling by rail could compete with aeroplanes.
