Ukrainians warned: complete demining will take several years

In the Kyiv region, only key trunk roads have been demined.

The units of the State Emergency Service and the National Police cleared only key trunk roads.

They clear mine houses and administrative buildings in the territories liberated from the occupier.

It is too early to talk about a complete, comprehensive demining of the territory, including the Kyiv region. This will take at least a few years.

That is why we urge everyone to comply with basic security requirements and refrain from walking through forests, fields, and other territories that have been liberated from the occupiers, - urged Deputy Interior Minister Yevgeny Yenin.
