The Office of the President warned about power outages across Ukraine

This was announced by Deputy Head of the Office of the President Kyrylo Tymoshenko. He reported:

Оn October 20, 2022, restrictions on the supply of electricity will be introduced throughout Ukraine. Today, the enemy again destroyed generating energy facilities. Please take this seriously.

Therefore, he called from 7 am to 11 pm to minimize the use of energy. He noted that the information concerns residents of all regions of Ukraine.

Local authorities in various regions are also asking citizens to reduce the use of electrical appliances.

For example, in the Kyiv OVA, they urged, if possible, to turn off those devices at home, the use of which can be limited for 1 day. They also asked to turn off the equipment that is not in use from the sockets, as voltage drops are possible.

In addition, Vitali Klitschko said that in order to save electricity in the capital, buses will operate on some trolleybus routes.
