Details of the Russian strike on Khmelnitsky have been revealed


Authorities in Khmelnytskyi have spoken out about the consequences of "flyovers".
As a result of the 18 February morning shelling of Khmelnytskyy, ten civilian high-rise buildings were damaged and people were injured, the city's mayor, Oleksandr Simchyshyn, said in a TV marathon.
